How to Get a Thin Waist
1. Do abs squeezes …These are a quick and SNEAKY abs exercise that helps flatten and tone the  whole waistline. What you do is tighten your abdominal muscles as much as you  can and hold that squeeze for 3-5 seconds at a time. Rest a couple seconds and  repeat. Do this for 5-10 minutes a day.
TIP: You can do these during commercials or while watching tv. You don’t need  to do it all at once. Do these everyday.
2. Do deep breathing for 5 minutes a day….Deep breathing is a trick to burn off fat from all over your body. Usually  the first fat to go is from your stomach. The reason why deep breathing helps  you to reduce your belly size is because the extra oxygen you suck in during the  breathing acts as an OXIDIZER to your fat cells.
The oxygen helps to burn up the fat cells for energy and recovery. Another  thing, the deep breathing itself also helps directly (a little bit) to flatten  your abs. Do these everyday as well. This is how to get a thin waist and lose weight without going to a  gym everyday.
